Steve & Everyone,
I've used a product called Gradekeeper (www.gradekeeper.com) for years.
While it's not free, a personal license is only $20 and a school license
is $100. Free upgrades for life are included, and the program works on
Windows XP & Vista, Linux (using Wine), Mac, as well as Palm and Pocket
PCs. The license covers the user on all devices.
Gradekeeper also syncs with many online programs, as well as publishing
its own reports online.
Perhaps the best part of Gradekeeper is that it is truly shareware.
There are no disabled features, no timelines, etc. Download & install
it, run it for as long as you like and if it works for you, pay the
registration fee.
Sorry this sounds like an infomercial for the product, but it really is
that good. Let me know if you have any questions.
