Ken, if the songs they are singing are copyrighted you may not post them on the internet. Your payment for the songs granted you the right to "perform" them within the context of live worship. When you record the performance and then allow others to replay it, you are in violation. There are ways to cover that however if you really want to. A good source of information and a place to buy services is http://www.copyrightsolver.com.

Subject: WELS: [Welstech] Copyrights and choir songs on the web
My church was discussing publishing songs sung by our choir on our web site -- audio only. Does anyone know if there are any copyright issues to do this? Can we post performances on the web without penalty? We will not be charging for people to download or listen to the songs. We have already paid for the music.
Thanks in advance for the help.
