WELS: [Welstech] Calendar software

We have used MyChurchEvents for a few years. You can set up different
categories for different groups. We set up a "print" category that does not
include all the graphics which our secretary can print for publication. You
can also download the events to your PDA or outlook calendar. It's also
user friendly which allows for a volunteer to do all the entering of events
from home. It works for us.

We used WebEvent for years. It was/is good, lots of great options. We were
running multiple calendars with multiple users and therefore had to pay an
extra amount. The only reason it was discontinued was the jump in price when
the original company was bought out. If you can afford WebEvent is is a
great product. CalendarScript was able to allow us similar functions for a
much lower price.
