The Confirmation Ministry Self-Study (383113) was developed after a synod-wide survey, follow-up study, and thorough discussion by WELS Commission on Youth Discipleship (CYD) and its Confirmation Ministry Task Force, led to the conclusion that a self-study process would best assist WELS congregations. When used as designed, this resource will help congregation leaders to reflect, evaluate, and improve their congregation's confirmation ministry.

The resource includes:
1) a DVD showcasing new models/approaches used around the WELS,
2) a CD containing all the directions, worksheets, and templates needed to conduct the self-study,
3) access to a special Web area of "home-grown" resources from around WELS.
